Nicolette A. Ward | Romanucci & Blandin
Nicolette Ward is an Associate Attorney at Romanucci & Blandin, LLC. As a trial lawyer, she is proud to represent victims of police and prison misconduct, wrongful death, premises liability, auto accident, and other catastrophic personal injury.
Prior to joining the Romanucci & Blandin team, Nicolette clerked for the Hon. Ronald F. Bartkowicz, Cook County Circuit Court, drafting judicial orders and opinions in civil cases. While a full-time law student, she also clerked at another Chicago-based personal injury firm, assisting in cases ranging from medical malpractice to institutional sex abuse. Her experiences shaped her desire to serve those harmed by violations of their civil rights and injured through the wrongful actions of others.
Nicolette received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2016 from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude in the top ten percent of her class. At Chicago-Kent, Nicolette served as co-captain of the school’s nationally-ranked trial advocacy team, winning the TYLA National Trial Competition in 2015. She earned Dean’s List honors each semester of law school. Currently, Nicolette volunteers as a coach for Chicago-Kent’s trial advocacy team, and is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers’ Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
